| I love the guys at Goodyear. They are always so accommodating, professional and friendly. They explain things so well so there are never any surprises. We take our cars here whenever we can. |

| I brought my car in to receive a quote for replacing the engine mounts on my 2013 Toyota Corolla which, according to general information I found on the internet, would cost around $1,000.00. After a short wait, they came back to say that the engine mounts were probably the original ones and were a bit worn but were not mechanically failing yet. I described the noise I was hearing and they decided to look for the source of that noise since engine mounts were no longer suspect. The mechanic came back and said the heat shield had fallen and was vibrating on the muffler when I accelerated. He fixed it with proper rivets and he sat in the car while I test drove it. The noise was gone and I paid just a fraction of what the engine mounts would have cost! I appreciate their honest practices when they could have said I needed all the mounts replaced. |

| Goodyear MacArthur -121 is simply the best! I have used them for many years on all of my cars, inuding family. Trustworthy, timely and thorough. Peace of mind is of prime importance to me ...and they always deliver. |

| The team there is always on track. Customer service from greeting at door, keeping you informed on the process and coming to you in waiting area when done. shop is clean and has products and items that might help in your car maintenance. The prices or very competitive and upfront before they start. They are honest, most folks are but these guys are honest 100%. They put original parts and not something off amazon or ebay. I have had 6 trucks that they have serviced for 20+ years and would go anywhere else. BTW, I drive 30 miles to them. Service and honesty are better than convenience sometimes. |

| The Guys at MacArthur 121 Tire & Service are great. Marcus and his team are more than tire mechanic shop. They are great at consulting the customer without a upsell push. Our family has been going there for 15+ years and never disappointed. Their hours of operation are great for those on tight schedules and they get you car/truck out when they say. We drive from Frisco just because of who they operate. Fair, honest and informative. |

| I have been a customer for over 15 years. Marcus and the team are the most honest folks you will find in the auto repair and tire service. The guys up front are engaging, welcome you and keep you current on work if you stay or call when your away. Marcus speaks to the customers even though very busy and he looks you in the eye and says thank you. John, the service manager is a carbon copy. He knows the business and is more of a consultant that a repair shop manager. its all about option and they provide those for you. They replace parts with certified EOM parts not some cheaper part with a higher failure rate. Shope is clean, coffee and if I am there getting oil change, I always bring donuts- you can have one! I take all 3 of my trucks, My son takes his and if they were closer Id take all of our plumbing business truck. This last job they ran diagnostics on Daughters jeep and repaired at a price less than I expected. solid guys!!! |
